We had no idea how to ship a car. Jon responded to our request for information within hours. He answered all my questions and did exactly what he said he would do. The shipping company he found was very professional and TIMELY. They called the day before to give us a pickup window and then called when they were an hour out. They did the same on the Scottsdale end of the shipment. We would definitely use this company again.
