I had a difficult shipment. 2 cars 1 trailer: Tx to ID. Thomas Barnes earned a 5 star rating.He hung in there and found a shipper. Kept the price good while other companies tried to steal his contract by contacting me with what appeared to be his contract. Apparently this is common so be cautious and stay In touch with your broker.
I went with a broker for the security and I sure did not want to do his job.
He remained calm, courteous and professional throughout. Thomas was able to get all my vehicles with one driver. Every other company I contacted, and there were many, said no one would deal with my work trailer. Thomas took care of it without hesitation. I know now how much work he did behind the scenes to do that.
He answered every call, email and all questions that I had.
My vehicles will arrive on May 23. I will write a follow up to review the transporter. I have no hesitation in going ahead and reviewing Thomas Barnes professionalism. If the delivery screws up it will not be due to his efforts. I am already planning to use Thomas to ship another vehicle in August.
