Had BullDog Transport services prior, they did not shiow up or call on this delivery. When we called the company, they made excuses for the truckdriver. They do not work weekends of which our delivery pick up was Saturday. So after waiting for the no-show, we tried for another company of which Ship Your Car Now,LLC. Jay, the salesperson took his time explaining to us about shipping of the vehicle and stated to us on that Saturday that give him a chance he will guarantee shipment. He stayed with us for any questions throughout the delivery. Since this was Easter weekend we had to wait until the workweek began. He had us a person by Tuesday, by Thursday the vehicle was picked up. Only because it was to be picked up Wednesday which was 2 days later, the driver was still in route picking up other vehicles. Ours was last to go on the carrier. George, truly nice man, trustworthy, stated that he would have this vehicle in New Mexico by Sunday night. Delivery started in Pennsylvania. He had delivered it to my Son by 11:30AM Sunday. Kudos for this company and for George who is a driver for Sam's Transport out of Arizona. Both companies are exceptionally knowledgeable in customer satisfaction. If you want a good, reliable company, these people really know how to get the vehicle to its destination.
