I was contacted by Randle when I submitted my car info to this site for an upcoming move. By the time I received his call however I had booked with a carrier, or so I thought ended up being a broker, at witch he was very polite and wished me luck. Fast forward, my broker still couldn't get my car picked up and I was getting close to transferring out of the state on military orders. Randle contacted me again as a follow up to see if my car had actually made it on a truck, when I told him it hadn't and who I booked with he informed me that I was double booked which is why my cars were not getting picked up. He assisted me with canceling my double order and even apologized for my bad experience with his industry as a whole, which is WAY MORE then I got from the other company I had been dealing with. In the end I was unable to book with Ship Your Car Now LLC. as It was two days before I had to leave. I ended up having to leave it at a local carrier at their lot until a truck could pick it up. But Randle was so helpful at explaining all the ins and out of shipping a car that his company will be at the top of my list for my next move.
