I shipped a BMW with this service, and was delighted with the customer service. I reached the dispatch every time I tried called (except once) and the car was shipping in good shape. Dealing with the trucker was as interesting as it could have been (he spoke with a thick Russian accent) but the guy got my car here early and I'm totally happy. Recommend.

Ps. I didn't haggle with the price. I'd been offered quotes before, and this seemed reasonable. So don't let that be too much of a hangup for you!
