Ship Your Car Now was fantastic. From the moment I called and spoke to Tony, I knew this was the company I wanted to go with. I had about 5 companies I was going to call, and actually only called one additional company. There were no comparisons. As the saying goes, "You don't get a second chance to make a first impression", my first impression of Tony was comfortable. The other company I called didn't have a chance. I felt at ease with Tony, he answered all my questions and then some. He explained everything in such detail, when I hung up the phone I knew Ship Your Car Now was the company I was going to use. It got picked up on time, and delivered on time. The driver, Samad, was wonderful, too. I felt comfortable giving him the truck, knowing it would be delivered without any problems. I was able to call him when needed. He delivered the truck to my daughter, who goes to U of M, in Michigan, right to her front door. He put the cargo rack on for her, since we had to remove it for the transport. It can be very nerve racking sending a vehicle cross country, but Ship Your Car Now made me feel at ease. I will definitely use them again and will also refer everyone I know to them. Thank you Tony and Samad for making this experience a fantastic one.
