We did not put in an order for Mr. Christie. We only have a quote for him. He never booked with us and never signed a contract, therefore we would not be able to post him on the dispatch board. Perhaps he has us confused with another company or the other broker he DID book with was having a difficult time assigning a driver and instead of taking the blame they pointed a finger at us. Either way we apologize on behalf of the car shipping industry for any inconveniences or frustrations he incurred during his transport experience and we wish him the best of luck in his move!
