We take these reviews very seriously. After investigating the customers claim it was uncovered that that the customer was not overcharged on destination as customer originally claimed. The rate for destination charges was inline with 5 other destination companies that were surveyed to validate the customers claims. After presenting this information to the customer above he was very appreciative of the work done to both transport his vehicle and to validate a claim. It was also uncovered that the source of the supposed bad information was none other then a competing business for destination services in DUBAI. This source of bad information has been rectified. We certainly hope that the customer enjoys his vehicle in DUBAI.
