I think it's important to give reviews especially for car transport which can be a very 'stressful' situation. From the beginning of my journey of searching for a company to ship my daughter's vehicle, I had a major headache. I didn't know who was being truthful and genuine with me. Mike Bonney's email stood out because he was personal and informative. I never felt pressure or anxiety. He ALWAYS responded to my emails and answered my many questions. Mike gave me the FACTS as another company LIED outright to me and told me they had to buy permits, which was not the case for my vehicle to be shipped. He assured me that he'd find me a driver and didn't ask me for a deposit until the driver was in place and ready to go. (Another company asked for a deposit and had not secured a driver yet). I'm a HUGE believer in Customer Service and Mike definitely took the time to make sure I was taken care of. The driver was there when he said he would be and it all went smoothly! The car hasn't been delivered yet but I needed to share how wonderful my experience was with
