Tim Montgomery, my primary contact person from Ship Your Car Now was wonderful! I shipped my car in late June from California to Pennsylvania. He was prompt and knowledgeable about the entire process helping me arrange a truck driver for my car. Tim made himself readily available to answer all my questions and e-mails. We had a very unpleasant experience with the original truck driver that was hired to ship my car. The first truck driver was very rude and threatening so I refused to do business with him. Tim understood my concerns immediately and helped arrange a second truck driver overnight since I was working on a tight deadline! He worked his tail off on my car shipment to make sure everything was on time and there were no errors on the way. Tim made shipping my car cross-country such a great experience, and even though SYCN could have lost my business because of the first driver, Tim saved the day.
Ship Your Car Now was well priced for such great service and the best customer service I have seen.
I would recommend Tim and SYCN to any of my friends and relatives.
