NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

NEVER EVER deal with this company. They will promise you anything to get your business but once you've agreed on the contract, they will come up with all sorts of excuses and do no fulfill their end of the agreement.

I was reassured that my car will be picked up by Sunday as I am relocating to a different state. However after I signed the contract, I called the driver and he told me he could only pick it up next Tuesday, which was not agreed upon previously. I called the company many times to figure out why but Kevin refused to answer my calls. Every time I called I was transferred to him and subsequently people who picked up my call was not of much help. When I finally managed to call him, he said he was so sorry that this happened and he will sort it out with the driver. I called the driver but apparently the company did not even call him. Lies, lies, lies. Subsequently, Kevin was uncontactable again and refused to pick up my calls. I have talked to many people from the company, but none was able to provide me with a resolution, just empty promises once again. Kevin is still uncontactable at this present moment.

I urge everyone to not allow this company to not waste your precious time and money and look to more reputable ones. It was a painful lesson and I wished others do not have to go through. Over promising, under delivering, unreliable, liars - that's what I could say about this company.
