This was the first time i have ever shipped a vehicle like this across country. Jay was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to explain the warnings of this industry. I did my homework, and even though your company was not the cheapest , you are by far one of the best. Jay made me feel comfortable with every aspect of this in-devour. He was always available if i had questions. he emphasized with my unique circumstance. My Son is a new recruit in the Navy, stationed at Norfolk Naval Facility.I had explained to him that I had been restoring his jeep for the last 3 months and I wanted it to be delivered on or before his birthday 1/30/2017. Jay came through meeting not only his pick up date , but also delivering on time and on the date promised .Everything went as promised and i am grateful to Jay for that. As a company you are exceptional lucky to have such an employee as Jay. thank you again for providing excellent customer service.I know one sailor that is smiling today thanks to "Ship Your Car Now"
