My lady no longer lived near pickup area and flew to John Wayne airport the day of pickup scheduled for 11 am.Flight was overbooked.Instead of 6 am departure, airline placed her on a 12 noon fight. She contacted driver with new pickup time later in afternoon. Driver was congenial.
