Problem free and smooth process

Tom Miller was the Honesty First agent/broker and he was clear and helpful in explaining the process, including the uncertainties of how quickly the car would be picked up. I ended up increasing the price some to make it more attractive as I was in a hurry to get the car to me halfway across the country. The speed of the process was amazing and luck played some part in it as well.

After the agreement was reached, a carrier accepted the contract the same day and picked up the car in the early evening of the same day. He projected arriving in CT on the next Wednesday during the day, but the car ended up being delivered on Monday evening. The driver was friendly and polite and had called a few times as he was getting within a day to being to coordinate the pickup. He arrived when and where agreed as there were too many tree branches to negotiate to get to my property. He came to an open lot 5 minutes away and the pickup went without a problem.

The process of getting the car across the country went remarkably smoothly and the car was delivered without damage.
