Very satisfied with straightforward and open communication. This was the only broker that explained how the process works in an easy-to-understand way. There was regular follow-up after the order was placed and questions were answered satisfactorily. The vehicles were picked up on the earliest release date and delivered at the destination one day earlier than promised.
