To be honest, I kept low expectations. I asked for a low price to ship my dad's old SUV to me from across the country. My car was on its last legs and just too expensive to fix up and his car was sitting around for a few years since he got a new one. Tom was honest and direct about it. Amazingly, someone came in to deliver to the car. Not amazingly, the service pretty much held my hand throughout the whole way seeing as this was the first time I have ever done something like this. He was good with emailing and keeping me up-to-date. Also, the car arrived in exactly the same manner it was picked up. Highly recommend them again.
