I had tried 2 other companies without success before I went with Safe-Direct. I was frustrated after 3 or so weeks of no-pickup and unresponsive reps. My rep with Safe-Direct, Tom, was the first rep that gave me a realistic overview of how the process works. We tweaked my destination by a few miles, and the fee by a few bucks, and within days I had a driver. The driver was very professional. He was right on-time for pick-up and he was a day earlier than expected for drop-off. I hope I never have to ship a car again but, if I do, I would certainly call Tom again at Safe-Direct. And for submitting a review I was able to get $30 back...not bad!
