This was the third time I had used Tom for a cross country car move since last August. Tom always answered my calls, or returned my calls within a short time of leaving a message, even though there was a three hour time difference.Tom followed up with me upon pick up of cars and after delivery to insure I was satisfied. I would not hesitate to use Tom in the future based on the great service I received the last three experiences. The owner should read this and bump up his pay.
