My experience with Safe-Direct was a very positive one. The person, Tom, who I was in touch with was very informative about the whole process of auto transporting as I had never had an experience with this before. He made me feel quite comfortable with the whole picture of how it worked....ex..sent videos and frequently asked questions on how it works. I found this quite helpful. Also, they are listed with the Better Business Bureau with a great rating! The actual auto transporters were fabulous! They met me in the agreed upon location and delivered BEFORE!! the expected time. The car arrived unscathed! The price I paid was very reasonable for the service I got. I would definitely recommend Safe- Direct to anyone who is looking to have their car relocated. They did a great job! Thanks!
