Last time I tried to ship my vehicle across country it was a nightmare. The company said they would pick it up on a certain day and then the day of no one showed up. Then they said the truck broke down and they didn't know when they could get another truck to pick up my car. I had to cancel with them and get my deposit back and go with another company. This time around I wanted to make sure I would have the least amount of stress possible. After calling a few company's and receiving quotes I called safe-direct and spoke to Tom. From the beginning I felt comfortable with him. He was completely honest with me and explained the whole process. I was able to get a hold of him easily whenever I had a question and he would get back to me promptly. Things didn't work out and I''m actually shipping my car back from NY to CA. Tom is helping me once again. I would highly recommend this company to ship a your vehicle and would especially recommend working with Tom!
