My experience with Safe Direct was great from start to finish. I needed to move pretty quickly, and Jennifer assisted me with choosing a date that would guarantee my car to arrive at my destination when I needed it. She was very prompt in her response to my questions and even gave me a call to more thoroughly explain things to me. This was my first experience shipping a car, so the videos online also helped answer a lot of my questions. The price was $925 which was completely fair and well worth not driving my car across country in the dead of winter. My carrier contact, Jose called and texted me when my car was being picked up and arrived at the destination which was helpful for me since I was at work. My car arrived safe and on time. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I would definitely recommend Safe Direct to anyone thinking about shipping a car across country. With gas, hotels, food, and mileage I would have put on my car, I think I got a much better deal!
