Very easy and the car arrived quickly, safely

Though there was some delay with the pick-up and delivery, the times originally given were "estimates" so we were prepared for that. Also, there was weather in Utah, where the car was headed, so it was for the best that the driver took the extra time and didn't rush to get it there in the heavy show storm. Overall, Tom was great to work with and the car arrived safely and undamaged and quickly - what more could we expect?!
