David at Safe-Direct Shipping really was on top of things. He responded with a quote right away, and when I selected Safe-Direct Shipping, he followed up quickly. Since my pick up date was about 6 weeks after I contracted with Safe-Direct Shipping, David kept in touch with me via email to assure me that my car shipment date was being tracked and that a carrier would be selected on time. I liked the ability to make my deposit on line and to pay the driver with a cashier's check so I didn't have to carry around a lot of cash. David followed up the same day that the car was delivered to make sure everything went well. Ivan, the driver, for Expert Carriers was also very prompt, polite and thorough.
