Everything went as advertised, completely stress free. My point of contact at Safe-Direct was Dave who was very responsive and efficient. I found very little information on my assigned carrier via internet search and called Dave to voice concern. Dave promptly responded with documentation of the carrier’s license and insurance information and assurance that they had had no complaints received on this carrier and offered to assign a different carrier if I desired. Being satisfactorily reassured, I elected to stay with the original carrier. Thank you Dave, great job! The carrier was United Auto Carrier LLC out of Oregon. For pick-up and delivery they called with a 24 hour notice and a two hour pick up window and called one hour before arrival. They arrived within the first half hour of the window and were efficient courteous and professional. You might be able to get it done cheaper but you won’t find any better or easier than Safe-Direct
