Honest but not the service I desired

(First of all, I don't like the part where the company tells you that if you choose to say that this review was compensated, you'll have to pay taxes on it so its ur choice if you want to pay taxes on $50 or simply pocket the $30 that they give you for this review? why say $50 and give $30?
I read reviews for all other brokers and TOM's reviews were good; even though there were some bad ones, the way he tackled those was pretty professional, which is why I chose safe direct.)

I personally travel a lot for work and don't have time to deal with multiple people for booking the carrier and then deal with the driver or carrier itself for delivery times etc. So I was expecting one person to provide end-to-end service but tom made it very clear that once the carrier is assigned his liability is over; I didn't like that answer but oh well, atleast it was a honest answer!

Luckliy the carrier and driver were really good; picked up the car on time(the driver needs to update his GPS though ;) ) and delivered it a day late, but still the driver had made it clear 12hrs earlier that he would be late. It worked out all good.

Now the DAMAGE part, I'm very sure that there was no damage to my 2011 AUDI when I shipped it, but after washing it on receipt, upon close inspection I found damage to the driver side door panel. Tom faxed me all the information of the driver and their insurace etc.
But I decided not to pursue the claim because I was not 200% sure if it really was their fault or something that I didn't notice before and was already there.

All in all, I would recommend and reuse the service if needed.
