I had never done this before and the process was very easy. Our car was picked up by the carrier a few days later than the release date, which wasn't a problem for us. The driver gave me an estimated delivery date of two days. He arrived on the second day giving the receiving person about 4 hours notice, which also wasn't a problem for us. I didn't hear anything while the car was in transit, I assumed no news was good news altho it would have been nice to have received a transit update, we may have been able to pinpoint the day of arrival a little better. The driver had given me his number so I could have called myself if I was at all concerned. All in all the process was stress free.
