My contact person at Safe-Direct was Tom and he was extremely knowledgeable and kept me thoroughly informed throughout the process. I was pleased with the cost, the ease of getting a shipment scheduled, the quickness of getting a carrier assigned, and the follow-up he provided.

The carrier was able to pick up the vehicle 4 days early which was awesome and the planned delivery date/time was precise.

Overall I had a very positive experience and highly recommend Safe-Direct for anyone looking to ship a vehicle.
