I had very professional treatment from Safe Direct Car Shipment.
I had a little issue with the fact that it was my 20 year old daughter car and I was 400 miles away. The vehicle had a transmission problem so it could not drive. The truck driver on pick up was made aware of the problem as part of the pick up and was very assisting to my daughter.
Everyone in the process made it easy and the whole experience thanks to them in now over.The car is now being repaired by my mechanic and I am very happy with car shipping process and would definitly use them again.
