First time ever transporting a car, and it was very easy. They came a day late for pickup, but arrived early for delivery. My car battery was shot, and the carrier picked it up still with no problem. He delivered it right to my house in Los Angeles, undamaged. It took about four days from Atlanta, which I was originally quoted about a week. Cost was a 1000 dollars, which was worth transportation in this city full of highways. Tom was helpful in explaining the process to someone who had no idea what to do.
