Car was picked up on within two days of making the first call to Safe-Direct. The pick-up was on time and delivered within 8 days to the desired destination. No damage to the car, and overall very happy with the treatment of the car. Very happy that the estimate and deposit were reasonable and not ever raised after finding a carrier. Safe-Direct was very good at responding via email to any questions, I just wish that the carrier had kept in contact more throughout the transfer process. The carrier could not give me an estimated date of arrival and only said the driver would call 12-24 hours before. Overall a good experience, would recommend to anyone looking to ship a car.
