Made car transport very easy

Safe Direct made my experience shipping a car very easy and stress free. I was overwhelmed with the amount of information I was receiving from transport companies as well as the warnings I saw online about car shipping. Something stood out to me about the initial email I received from Safe Direct, and all of their online reviews seemed very positive (old name is Honesty First for review searching purposes). When I spoke to Jennifer and David they were very helpful and did not seem like they were trying to scam me. They were very straightforward and I felt like I could trust them and they answered all of my questions very patiently. They did not try to bully me into using their service, which I appreciated. I felt like my car was in good hands. They arranged my shipment through AY Trucking and that all went very well. The driver was great and the company was responsive when I called. I had said that the earliest my car could be picked up was on a Wednesday and that was the day we had agreed upon. However, on Monday I found out that the driver was actually coming on Tuesday instead of Wednesday. It seemed like a unique circumstance, the driver had an emergency and had to be home quickly. It was fine for me, but I don't know if it would have worked for everyone. The next time I have to ship a car I will skip all the research and go with Safe Direct.
