Having shipped a vehicle over 10yrs ago with another vendor and having a less than optimal experience I was extremely apprehensive in wanting to ship my daughter’s car back from college. So much that I actually considered flying out and driving the car back. After weeks of reading reviews and site ratings I came across Safe-Direct Car Shipping. Despite getting several emails from various vendors regarding my request, Tom from Safe-Direct email provided me the information I needed with an accurate and complete description of all charges and services. Over the next few weeks Tom/Safe Direct, kept in touch with me by both voicemail and email, answering all my question and concerns all the way up to selection of a transport driver. Once I was all setup with a date, everything went as planned and they were even more prompt than the scheduled date. Throughout the pick-up and delivery process the driver kept me informed and delivered my daughters vehicle on time and more importantly damage free. The payment method was seamless and secure and I never felt any stress in this entire process. I can count on my hand the number of reviews I have personally written over the past 10 years due to great customer service so believe me when I say; I made the best choice after extensive research.
