I was a little anxious about the exact date of return because it seemed everyone in South florida wanted to return around the same time frame as I did, but thankfully with the help of Tom , he got it all taken care of ! The only thing I wish is that A pick-up date could be established earlier in case I was the only one available to meet the carrier. This would also be helpfull in arranging for a reasonably prices ticket with the airlines.

You bring up an important consideration, Evelyn. We wish carriers could commit farther in advance too. Because every load is unique with new locations for every customer, the timing of each and every move is unique - un-timed and untried. Carriers have to "go with the flow" - unlike fleets of planes that have set routes out of set hubs. Thanks for your review!
