I had booked another carrier and after waiting 3 weeks i called shipacardirect and was fortunate enough to talk with Tom. He explained to me how the business works and why i may be having difficulty getting my excursion shipped to Kentucky. Within a week Tom had a carrier picking up my excursion. The other carrier broker i was using seemed to not understand the business as well as Tom and was just interested in taking orders. And with that i am still having difficulties getting my $150 refund from my first carrier, they have promised to return but, it's been 10 days now and multiple phone calls and still no refund.
