David was very helpful in educating me about the process of shipping cars cross country and sent several emails detailing how the experience would be and what to expect. He was also very prompt in answering all my emails. When it was the day before and we had heard nothing from any carriers, he helped us think of a game plan to raise our price - finally we were able to find a carrier to ship our car. The carrier was Pacific Auto and the driver was 30 minutes late but very nice and polite - the car arrived to Los Altos in just 5 days without any damange!
