Safe-Direct was fantastic from their end. Even when I required a last minute change in pick-up time, they were accommodating and the change was made without a problem. They will keep in touch with you and make sure things are progressing as they should.

A couple of things I learned:

1. If you transport your car in an open carrier and have it stored at a lot for a few days afterwards, it might arrive VERY dirty. I don't blame Safe-Direct for that since they were the dispatcher and not the carrier.

2. If you make any additional arrangements with the carrier that you didn't mention to Safe-Direct, make sure to get it down in writing. Sounds obvious, but I almost got burned by cutting that corner.
