We were sceptical when we had decided to use Safe-Direct. Three days after we signed up, we still hadn't gotten someone assigned to the vehicle and started getting nervous. We started to call around for other quotes, and it was then that we got a call that Top One Auto Transport picked up the order. From there, everything went relatively smooth. The car was going to arrive before us, so Chris made arrangements with the carrier to store the vehicle until we arrived.

The carrier picked up the car on the day they promised, but it was almost midnight when they arrived. They had trouble with their truck and offered to wait until the next day, but we decided to wait up to be sure our car was on it's way. The driver was very courteous and we were told he would be in contact with us, but I never heard from him again.

Chris checked in the day after pick-up to make sure the car was picked up. When I explained the details, he apologized for the late pick-up.

The dispatcher for the carrier came out on a Sunday and met us, even though they were closed, so we could pick up the car after arriving in Denver. Other than being dust covered, the car was in the same condition it left in.

Chris checked in with us again on Monday to be sure everything went well. Overall, our experience was very good. The only complaint I have is that from pick-up to drop-off, I wasn't contacted by anyone to let me know the status of the vehicle. Fortunately, I was so consumed by the rest of my move that I didn't have time to worry about my car.
