Compared to other companies the quote I got from Safe-Direct was reasonable. Customer service was excellent. Initially I had a schedule to pickup my car on a week end and the carrier said they will deliver in 2 days and It was too early for me to receive my car. I have requested Tom to change the carrier and he immediately changed the carrier and gave me the details of new carrier(Ice Road Trucker Inc). The driver was really good and he delivered the car in 2.5 days.
