Tom was very helpful and informative. I was able to keep constant contact with him over the process of booking and shipping my car. The service wasn't like other shipping companies that would respond days after I sent an email with a question. Tom replied to my emails on the day that I sent them or the next day at the latest. I highly recommend using these services, and I know that I will be using them if the time comes up that I have to ship another vehicle. The price was very reasonable and I only had to pay exactly what the quote was set at. My car was a little dirty when it arrived but it was to be expected from being open carried almost completely across the country. I was also able to receive my car much earlier than expected. It was expected to arrive on Thursday, but it actually arrive the Monday before.
