This was my first time shipping my car and was a little worried. I received excellent customer service from Jason every time I called and also given helpful tips to prepare my vehicle for shipment. I actually ended up canceling the first pick up date because we had decided to drive at the last minute and had no problem with the cancelation and still was given excellent customer service. Then after another change of plans called the company back and Jason rescheduled the date with no problem and I didn’t have to resend any paperwork. The price was also reasonable and affordable. I was not in a rush to have my vehicle shipped so it was picked up a few days after the initial pick up date. However the car was delivered sooner than the original delivery date which was a nice surprise. The truck driver was very professional and would call me back in a timely manner whenever I left a message. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.
