I used them because they had a great BBB rating. As promised by Tom with whom I dealt with, the car was picked dot on time and was delivered withing 4 days to my surprise. There were couple of minor scratches on the hood but I guess that is part of the move and I was ok with those.Overall, I was satisfied with the service provided before the move and by the carrier who called me before the move as well as gave me enough lead time to pickup the vehicle on its delivery. In all , I would say it was NO SWEAT......effortless move. For a change, this was a pleasant experience after I had not so positive experience with another mover when I moved from AR to CA earlier last year.
