The customer service at Safe-Direct was great. I really enjoyed my interactions with this company. However, Safe-Direct is not the company that will actually transport your car. Safe-Direct will assign your request out to another car transporting carrier that will then physically transport your car. I did not enjoy my interactions with the actual carrier. The carrier was difficult to communicate with, the carrier tried to adjust the price upon pick-up, and there was minor damage to my car. I will consider using Safe-Direct in the future, however, I will request more information about the assigned carrier before agreeing to pay the deposit.
