Excellent Service, Minor Damage

David was very professional and reliable. He always returned our calls and email. Everything ran smoothly and Safe-Direct Car Shipping was very pleasant to work with. PVS Transportation Services which was contracted was also professional and kept us updated. However, when the vehicle arrived, it was covered in oil and dirt. The dirt was expected and the driver told us a vehicle above leaked oil and he rearranged the vehicle to avoid further exposure. When we cleaned the vehicle, there were scratches on the back of the vehicle that were not there previously. Two sets were down to the metal. It was as if there were straps in the specific area. Otherwise the vehicle was just as before. We have contacted PVS and sent pictures and will see what the outcome will be. This was not the fault of Safe-Direct Car Shipping and appears to be a honest mistake by PVS, however, we take care of the vehicle and were surprised to see the damage. We would ship again with Safe-Direct Car Shipping.
