Chris is excellent. I booked other carrier first and the other carrier never confirmed with me nor replied any my call or email. After almost a week of waiting and 3 days of waiting on cancellation with other carrier, I decided to change to Safe-Direct. Chris was my point of contact with Safe-Direct. He was very patient with me from the beginning to the end and very prompt on answering my emails or calls. Also, he found a carrier for me next day! So I received my car only 4 days later! The carrier was also very responsive and provided very good service. Overall, I am very pleased with Safe-Direct.
