My overall experience with Safe-Direct and their assigned Carrier (T&J Transportation) was excellent. I received an immediate response when I first contacted Tom @ Safe-Direct and, within a day my Carrier was assigned. I was given a confirmed pick-up date of July 10th, which was within only a few of my initial contact with Safe-Direct... The vehicle was picked up the morning of the 10th (By T&J), in Virginia, and delivered to my home in New Hampshire at Noon on the 11th! The T&J driver (Roger) was excellent in that he was in touch at "Pick-up", provided a specific delivery time and hit it on the nose - The vehicle was in "perfect" condition when it arrived. Definitely want to use these guys again!!!
