My contact person Tom was very good to work with. My SUV was safely delivered on time. I would definitely use this company again. My only frustration was how soon the carrier picked up my vehicle once it was available. My order was placed in advance of a holiday weekend so I anticipated some delay but not 9 days. I did increase my offering price (by $50) to entice a carrier to pick it up sooner. I don't know what effect this had but I wasn't happy about having to do this.
