Chris was very responsive and also very patient with all my questions (first time transporting vehicles). The broker (safe direct) was great all around. Would use again with no hesitation. Both cars made it to their destination at the quoted price.


Definitely much better than some of the other companies I called (specifically Angels Auto Transport- very terrible lady, Dina, is very unpleasant to talk to).


The truck company itself got the job done, but it was a little disappointing that I was the one that had to initiate contact with the dispatch. They were supposed to call me, but didn't and I eventually called to find out what was going on when my first available date for pick up came with no contact. Once I made contact, though, everything went smooth from there.
