Tom was great! Not only did he update us every two days on the schedule, but accommodated our request to pick up on a certain day.
The drop off in Pennsylvania was great too. Our flight was delayed, but the carrier was on the phone with us constantly to help us figure out a mutually convenient drop off time.

I would recommend this company highly! They are communicative and our car got to us safely.
