Using this company was the best choice I could have made while making the long move from Virginia to California. It can be very expensive to ship a car, and after shopping around for about a month, I found that this company was not only the best priced - it also had the best reviews. My experience here matched the reviews; customer service was good and Chris explained all questions and uncertainties I had.

The auto transporter was very professional and easy to work with as well. I had to leave Virginia before they were able to pick up my car, so they made it very easy to coordinate with a friend to keep my car and hand it over to them for me. The auto transporter's communication with me was outstanding from the moment she picked up my auto, to when she handed me back the keys in Sacramento. I selected the open truck option and did not see ANY signs of damage or dirt whatsoever. Lastly, I was very impressed with the time in which they were able to make the cross country trip. All in all, this was a great service with a great price and it was accomplished by great employees.
