My overall experience with Safe-Direct Car Shipping was extremely positive. I did my homework early on in researching companies, brokers and shippers - and ultimately, I decided to go with Safe Direct. I worked with David and he maintained constant contact with me as we approached my pick-up dates.

I had to pay approximately $150 more than originally planned, but this was principally a result of the volumne of vehicles being shipped on the market and the size of the vehicle.

David went out of his way to adjust my earliest shipment date, after the fact, in order to meet my needs. Further, he acted in a timely manner to find a good Driver and Shipper who could pick-up when I was ready. The driver/shipper was "New Empire Brothers" and I was very pleased with the service that Mike provided. He loaded my vehicle promptly and my truck was transported cross country in less than a week. Payment was timely and the vehicle was in excellent condition upon delivery with no customer service issues.

David also followed up with me after the shipment was complete and I have a very positive experience overall! I will definitely use Safe-Direct again in the future.
